Dallas Event Tickets: The 10 Venues That Matter (2026)

By Dale Whitmire Editor at Large · September 9, 2026 · How we work

Buying tickets in Dallas starts with knowing which rooms actually carry the calendar. We pulled the live listings for every major venue in the market and ranked them by a single, checkable number: how many events each one has on sale right now. The result is the working map of Dallas entertainment — the arenas, stadiums, sheds, and theaters where the touring year actually happens, each with a direct line to seats and dates.

Ticket links on this page are affiliate links; we earn a commission on purchases made through them. Commissions never affect the ranking.

Questions people ask

Which Dallas venue has the most events on sale?

American Airlines Center leads the current check, with Dickies Arena close behind. The table above reflects the live count at our latest weekly pull.

Are these face-value tickets?

The links go to TicketNetwork, a resale exchange: inventory is listed by sellers rather than the box office, which is often the practical route for sold-out dates and for comparing many seat locations at once.

How current is this page?

The event counts and the “up next” lines come from the live listings and are re-checked weekly; the venue ranking moves when the calendar does.

How this list is built

The ranking is the ticket calendar itself: venues are ordered by how many events each one currently has on sale at TicketNetwork, the exchange the links on this page go to. The feed we read caps at 30 upcoming events, so the busiest rooms show as 30+ and tie; ties break alphabetically. We re-check the calendar weekly, and the “up next” lines refresh with it. No venue pays for position, and the links pay us the same commission wherever you click — which is exactly why the order can stay honest.
